From 2016 to 2022, I developed the brand voice for the Walt Disney Company’s e-commerce business at the Disney Store (formerly shopDisney.com). I wrote creative marketing content targeting fans and families of all ages by tapping into the nostalgia of classic characters as well as the magic of new stories from a wide range of franchises including Pixar, Star Wars and Marvel.

Wrote daily email campaigns for new product launches, sales, promotions and more. Worked closely with designers to achieve optimized layouts as well as the marketing team on content drivers, including A/B subject line testing and KPIs for customer growth and retention.
